Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It is completed from the signed-in OutingBill mobile app, not from this website.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open OutingBill and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the effects and confirm deletion.

What deletion does

  • It removes your organizer authentication account and profile.
  • It removes outings created by your account, together with the records attached to those organizer-owned outings.
  • Your participation history in an outing created by somebody else can remain so the shared record stays understandable. Identifiers for your deleted account are detached from that participant record.
  • The app separately attempts to remove your profile photo. Contact Support if you need help with that content.

Cannot access the app?

Use Support for help with account deletion. Send only enough information to identify the issue safely, and never send your password or a private outing-link token.
